Why do I have to sign for my delivery?
Sorry! Unfortunately, we don’t make the rules. UPS requires the signature of someone 21 years of age or older at the time of delivery for all packages containing alcohol. After 3 attempts it will be returned to us. We highly recommend shipping to a workplace if you are able. We cannot be held responsible for reverse shipping charges and your card will be charged.


Why do I need to send you a copy of my Driver’s License?
We card! To purchase alcohol we must have a copy of your Driver’s License on file. You only need to do this on your first order! By sending us your Driver's License you are certifying that you are this person and that you are at least 21 years of age and that you or the intended recipient of the shipment is at least 21 years of age also.


How do I send you my Driver’s License?
Simply take a photo or scan your license and email it to orders@RoundBarnWinery.com or fax a copy to 269-422-5038.


How long will it take to receive my wine/order?
We process orders the same day if ordered before 1pm. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday ship on Monday. Depending on where you are shipping to standard delivery can take 7-10 days but usually quicker. You will receive a tracking number.


Can you expedite my order?
We apologize, at this time we cannot.


What states do you ship wine to?
We are currently able to ship residential and business UPS Ground to the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, SC, TN, TX, VT, WA, WI

We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


Why don’t you ship wine to my state?
We’d LOVE to but unfortunately laws vary by state in regards to shipping wine directly to consumers. If you’d like to help get the laws changed or improved for your state, visit FreeTheGrapes.org or the American Wine Consumer Coalition. (http://www.wineconsumers.org/)


You don’t ship wine to my state but can I still order apparel, accessories, or gift cards?
Absolutely!


Will I get a tracking number for my order?
Yes! We always email you a tracking order. Be sure to use an email address that you check often and that there are no typos.


Can I pick-up my order at the tasting room?
No, we no longer do this.


Why can’t I order beer or spirits/liquor online and have it shipped to me?
Trust us we’d love it if we could! The quick answer is that shipping laws and licensing are extremely antiquated and vary between states, distributors and carriers.


Can I change my Ship To Address? I didn’t realize I had to be home to sign for it.
Orders ship next day unless if you order by 1pm. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday ship on Monday. Once your order has left our tasting room we are unable to change the shipping address. UPS will attempt to deliver your wine 3 times before shipping it back to us. We cannot be held responsible for reverse shipping charges and your card will be charged.


How many bottles are in a case of wine?
There are 12 bottles in a case.


What are your return & exchange policies?
We are unable to accept returns on alcohol and food items. If we send you the wrong item or it arrives damaged just give us a call at 269-469-6885 and we will happily resolve the problem.

You may return or exchange apparel, accessories, or other non-edible items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund less shipping. If past 30 days you will receive a full refund, less shipping in the form of a merchandise credit.
