UPS requires the signature of an adult 21 years of age or older at the time of delivery for all packages containing alcohol. That’s why we highly recommend shipping to a workplace. After 3 delivery attempts, your product will be returned to us and your credit card will be charged for reverse shipping expenses.
We process orders the same day if ordered before 1pm (EST). All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday. Depending on where you are shipping to, standard delivery is 5-8 business days. Once we place your order, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
We are currently able to ship residential and business UPS Ground to the following states: AK, AZ, CO, FL, IA, IL, MA, MI, MN, NC, NV, NY, PA, SC, TX, WI as well as Washington D.C. and Puerto Rico. We cannot ship to PO Boxes addresses.

Orders ship the day you place your order if you order by 1pm (EST). Orders placed Saturday or Sunday ship the following Monday. Once your order has left our tasting room we are unable to change the shipping address. However, once your order is placed, you will get an email with the tracking number to follow up and contact UPS directly to see if a change can be made. UPS will attempt to deliver your wine 3 times before shipping it back to us. After that, your credit card will be charged for reverse shipping.

We accept returns on wine and food items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund less shipping in the form of a merchandise credit. Reverse shipping will be charged to your credit card.
You may return or exchange apparel, accessories, or other non-edible items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund less shipping. If past 30 days you will receive a full refund, less shipping in the form of a merchandise credit.
