Picked at the peak of ripeness, we put this Chardonnay through malolactic fermentation giving it a creamy, buttery characteristic reminiscent of a classic Burgundy Chardonnay. Aged for 10 months in French and Hungarian Oak this wine is the west coast version of our Reserve Chardonnay.
